Special Study Modules in Cancer Epidemiology

The Thames Cancer Registry is a Department in Guy's, King's and St Thomas' School of Medicine and contributes to the teaching of medical students. Optional "Special Study Modules" in cancer epidemiology are provided to small groups of students who work on projects with supervision by TCR staff. The Autumn 2003 rotation was exceptionally productive and the two students, Rahul Roychoudhuri and Sombith Maitra, got good results and their reports were subsequently accepted for publication in the British Journal of Cancer.
